A position similar to the one described above is currently open in Port Elizabeth, and it will report to the CIT Branch Manager of the Port Elizabeth Branch.
This position’s overarching objective is to fulfill the duties of collecting and delivering money for customers, as well as providing evidence of delivery and collection.
Minimum Prerequisites:
The individual possesses a clean criminal record, a PSIRA accreditation with a Grade C, the ability to fire firearms, competent firearm training in both handguns and rifles, a SAPS competency certificate, and a CIT certification.
Having prior experience in the security industry or a related field.
Driver’s License Code 10 That Is Valid
Some of the key performance areas include (but are not limited to):
Full responsibility and accountability for the collection and delivery of money owed by customers;
The Branch Manager should be informed immediately of any delays;
Incidents should be prevented and reported;
Radio contact should be maintained with controllers;
Preventative measures should be taken in response to any suspicious activity.
Other Characteristics of the Personality:
The candidate must be trustworthy and honest, and they must possess strong verbal and language skills.
Attention to detail, customer service and relations, quality assurance, and assertiveness are all required. You must also be self-motivated and assertive.
