The successful candidate will be accountable for assisting with the management of our product sites located across South Africa and other international regions, as well as providing support for those tasks. Implementation of strategic marketing initiatives that will drive growth across slot machines, casinos, and other products related to gambling will be a regular part of day-to-day operations.

An Advantage to Have:
Experience in sales ranging from six months to one year.
What Contributions You Will Make to the Brand:
Respect the Hollywood fashion standard. Dressed in Hollywood attire in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulations.
Assist customers with account and wager-related inquiries.
achieving daily and monthly sales goals for mobile devices, as well as TUV goals and goals related to expanding the mobile customer base.
Increase daily sales by demonstrating and/or explaining mobile products, usage methods, and services to customers in order to persuade them to purchase or utilize the products or services. When necessary, provide user-tailored training.
To increase branch sales, you should implement mobile marketing campaigns.
Increase recognition of the mobile brand.
Attract the attention of both potential and current customers by assembling and arranging displays in the retail store.
Account creation for registered customers.
When opening a new account, you must submit documents for FICA registration (FICA requirements include a valid photo ID and an address proof that is no older than three months).
Ensure daily receipt of all requested documents by the FICA Department.
Confirm that an image has been uploaded.
Ensure that the free bet voucher is utilized by the new customer upon account opening.
Walk the customer through placing wagers using the mobile application.
Customers will have a better opinion of your company if the work areas are clean and organized.
Follow the cash count procedures to ensure that the cash counts are accurate.
You are responsible for ensuring that no supplies are running low.
Please communicate any and all shortages to management.
To serve as verification of clock-in times, print and present vouchers to the store manager for signature.
After receiving mobile equipment or inventory, ensure that it is properly managed, stored, and maintained.
Depending on the requirements of the operation, you may be required to move between different branches and stores.
What Contributions Will You Make To The Group:
Outstanding skills in the art of listening.
Required are superior oral and written communication skills.
Focus must be on achieving results.
Excellent knowledge of mobile and online betting, betting procedures and types, and top-up voucher (TUV) distribution.
Competence in sales techniques and solid systems
