Job Description

Requirements Required:

  • Matric / NQF equivalent qualification.
  • Must have a minimum of two years of administrative experience, with retail experience being an advantageous factor.
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Possess exceptional skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and managing time, and focused on completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • The individual possesses exceptional literacy and numerical skills, along with the ability to work accurately and pay close attention to details. Additionally, they possess the capability to consistently and reliably maintain a high level of work and act in a manner that is beneficial to the company.
  • The capability to exhibit a systematic and organized approach to working.
  • Computer literate with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • · The process of placing orders and distributing essential items. 
  • · The administrative tasks of ordering and managing office stationery.
  • Responsibility for handling administrative tasks that are associated with the Henwil Chickens Retail Store and the Galito’s section.
  • Responsible for providing assistance in the administration of the staff, such as assisting with timesheets or HR forms.
  • · The administration of the office, which includes tasks such as filling out forms, maintaining records, obtaining signatures, and performing any ad hoc clerk duties assigned by management.
