The Intercare Silverlakes Medical and Dental Centre, situated in Silverlakes, Pretoria East seeks to hire an Admin Coordinator. The focus point of this position is to give proficient client support by facilitating the patient administration process.
Key Output:
• Evaluate billing information and guarantee accuracy.
• Effectively maintain stock management processes.
• Routinely maintain and review GOODX and SWITCH framework set-up.
• Manage main receptionist staff individuals and rostering.
• Guarantee maintenance of office equipment.
• Guarantee that all accounts are appropriately followed up.
• Successful issue distinguishing proof by using the age investigation.
• Daily cash-up control and banking processes.
• Managing of every single patient record and all functions related with it.
• Liable for managing the practice without the practice manager.
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• A degree or diploma will be advantageous
• 2-3 Years’ experience within the office administration environment
• Past experience within the healthcare industry advantageous
• GoodX system experience will be advantageous
• Computer skills (MS Office)
