Intercare Century City Medical Centre, located in Cape Town, is looking for an administrative coordinator. The main aim of this position is to provide excellent customer service by reducing the patient administration process.

CRITICAL OUTPUT

  • Check billing details to guarantee accuracy.
  • Actively maintain stock management processes.
  • Regularly maintain and examine the GOODX and SWITCH system configurations.
  • Manage the key reception staff members and their rosters.
  • Maintain the office equipment.
  • Ensure that all accounts are adequately followed up.
  • Age analysis is an effective problem identification tool.
  • Daily cash-up control and banking procedures.
  • Manage all patient accounts and related functions.
  • In the absence of the practice manager, you will be in charge of managing the practice.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • A degree or diploma will be beneficial.
  • 2-3 years experience in office administration, with preference for healthcare experience.
  • GoodX system experience will be beneficial.
  • Computer proficiency is essential.
  • MS Office 365 experience will be beneficial.
