Logistics Support Services is a help function to the AVI Group for distribution purposes. LSS has Distribution Centres situated in Isando, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, and East London. The Dispersion Habitats are liable for the distribution of all National Brands items i.e., Bread rolls, Bites, Espresso, and so on.

AVI’s Planned operations Backing Administrations division in Isando tries to draw in an active, profoundly gifted and experienced Organization Representative. This difficult job will require your money/organization aptitude to provide details regarding transport related costs and to carry out arrangements and controls to limit fluctuations and guarantee right handling exactness

Key Performance Regions:

• Handling of Procurement orders, diaries, various invoicing and figuring out all questions connected with handling and significant archives connecting with transport costs.
• Statement reviews to be done month to month.
• Week after week and month to month announcing of Costs versus forecast or budget.
• Readiness of month to month transport SLA information as well as month to month introductions and minutes of meetings.
• Expected to help the Administration Controller and commercial Manager with any adhoc related inquiries and detailing.
• SOP updates and audit requirements every 3 months.
• Help the finance/HR division at whatever point required for example filling in when somebody is on leave or when the division is feeling the squeeze.
• Separate timesheet information and help with other HR organization related assignments. i.e.: catching of leave and separating adhoc reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3 years experience in a similar job
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Capability in MS Office and intermediate MS Excel abilities required
• Fundamental bookkeeping knowledge (non-debatable)
• Information on departmental based costing
• SAP knowledge (fundamental) explicitly connected with the handling of demands and buy orders, including the products receipts of these buy orders when required (non-debatable)
• Valid code 8 driver’s permit
