To manage the accounts of bulk clients, providing guidance on tariffs and compiling statistical records.
Principal Areas of Responsibility
Aids in the examination of consumer inquiries and provides guidance to consumers and consultants regarding tariff structures and optimal tariff selection. Manages all correspondence and agreement records for bulk consumers and processes requests.
Drafts bulk supply agreements and financing arrangements for electrical reticulation.
Assigns new bulk account numbers, inputs all information of new customers into the system, and updates changes in addresses, names, notified requests, and agreement types.
Provides statistical data to universities and other entities upon request concerning power sales.
Performs general clerical tasks, such as distributing tariff schedules and updating the consumer index, as well as providing customers with necessary information.

Fundamental Prerequisites
Completion of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or an equivalent qualification, along with an Administrative certificate.
Valid driver’s license for motor vehicles.
3 years of pertinent experience.
Proficiency in Computer Skills.
Desirable Qualifications
Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Administration or a similar equivalent qualification.
