Job Description
Position vacant: Administrator
Fidelity Corporate Services Institute of Excellence – Florida Training Centre is the division and location of the facility.
Reporting to: Manager of Quality Assurance
The aforementioned position is vacant at the Florida Training Centre and reports to the aforementioned individual.
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the centralized input and output of training records pertaining to learner accomplishments on the appropriate learner administration system.
This is achieved through the implementation of efficient quality management procedures and the completion of route administrative duties that are associated with the Training Department.
The bare minimum requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Office/administrative experience of one year
- fluent in English
- Proficient in administration and organization, with the capacity to operate autonomously and with professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative abilities
- Capacity for professional communication with personnel at all levels
- Strongly inspired and enthusiastic
- Capable of performing well under pressure
- Personal transport is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Six months of switchboard and front-line experience
Important responsibilities will consist of the following:
- The capturing of learner records
- Management of branch and learner inquiries
- Establishment of training records
- Reports are due weekly, monthly, and quarterly in accordance with management directives.
- Document support for training preparations
- Telephone answering, including reception duties
- The Archive
- Documentation of PSIRA Training
