Job Details
To help the Statistics Official in the arrangement of factual and logical help for the assistance of compelling Gold Econmic Empowerment inside the Procurement Unit as well as help the Unit in the facilitation of a proficient, effecitve and economical navigation.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 or more important endorsement licensed by SAQA.
- Substantial motor vehicle drivers permit (Code B).
- 2 Years significant experience.
Advantageous Qualifications
- Significant long term tertiary capability, eg, Diploma or Degree.
- 3 Years relevant experience.
Work Particulars
- Helps the Measurements Official in the planning of month to month reports about the situation of Black Economic Empowerment inside eThekwini Region as far as the % of agreements/businessvalue granted to.
- Gathers and plans month to month reports about the situation with tenders handled through every one of the BID Panels and requests to contract grants all through eThekwini District.
- Examines and plans month to month reports and account of the situation with non-delicate acquirement of goods,services, works and expert administrations.
- Orders and plans month to month reports regarding the situation with organizations enlisted on the Project worker/Provider Data set.
- Helps the Statistic Officials in the examination and understanding of all Acquisition and SCM related measurements and recognizes patterns to illuminate short, medium and long haul strategic arrangements and facilitate decision making
- Helps the Statistics Official in endeavors of examination ventures and drafting of reports.
- Helps the Statistics Official in the arrangement of mentorship and backing to the SCM Units students and guides them on factual and research related matters.
- Addresses the Statistics Official at gatherings/social events assembled by different divisions/Districts/partners.
- Helps the Statistics Official by cooperating with stakeholders and laying out their factual data needs and provising the expected data
