Position Description
Anova is a nongovernmental organization (NGO) whose mission is to empower individuals and improve their lives.

We are looking for an experienced Data Capturer to directly support the project at the facility level.
This individual will perform administrative tasks involving data, capture patient files, generate defaulter reports, and compile monthly statistics.

Principal Obligations
Collect and organize data in pertinent data tools and systems in accordance with project specifications. This includes data from RedCap, facility management systems, and routines.
Ensure that the most recent versions of all ART folders are stored in the health information system.
Assist the M&E Officer in managing the monthly data reports from project staff, particularly the CLOs.
Participate in Data Quality Improvement Projects and implement them concurrently.
Participate in data audits and other data improvement activities, such as receiving training, to aid the
M&E Officer in enhancing the quality of routinely collected data, such as those stored in RedCap, at Anova-supported facilities.
Assist the M&E Officer in compiling and analyzing the monthly data reports submitted by project staff, specifically CLOs.
Take part in the weekly distribution of submissions.
At the level of the facility, data cleansing and analysis are performed.
Monthly maintenance of a secure location for monthly backups, shipments, and Reports.
Minimum requirements for experience, education, and credentials
Grade 12
Having tertiary education is an added advantage.
Capturing data competencies acquired through experience or training Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
Capturing data efficiently and accurately
Administration and organization expertise of the highest caliber.
TIER experience is desirable.In addition to Net, RedCap, Prehmis, and PHCIS are also supported.
Possessing the ability to read and write in English in addition to one or more regional languages is a definite plus.
