- Guarantee visits to all appointments made for client initiates
- Coordinate the record application process until complete
- Source new business to develop dynamic purchasing client base inside the General Exchange channel
- Present Clover inside the General Exchange channel to fulfill clients’ requirements
- Guarantee the base of 125 clients are onboarded/selected on month to month basis

- Coordinate the client hand overs process to Agents and Region Supervisors
- Record and report feedback on clients not enlisted: explanations behind rejection
- Give and support continuous excellent assistance to clients
