Job Description

The purpose for this position is to oversee stock in and out of the Distribution Facility and to maintain precise stock level in the system.

Main Outputs:

• Receiving and issuing stock physically and in the system
• Endeavor to accomplish 100 percent stock exactness and take responsibility of stock development in the stores
• Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and deliveries
• Keep to appropriate housekeeping and loading procedures. Guarantee bin areas are named accordingly and stock sheets are refreshed after stock is picked.
• Source replacement items of items which have become outdated and guarantee consistence to materials management policies and procedures
• Perform quarterly stock takes and recording of issues and receipt slips
• Undertake other related task or duties as assigned from time to time

The Candidate should meet the accompanying requirements:

• Certificate in Administration or Customer care
• Matric (Senior Certificate)
• Code B Drivers’ licence will be an additional benefit
• Minimum of 2 years experience in store environment
• Customer care training and administration
• SAP R/3, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
