The person who gets the job will be in charge of running the branch, which includes taking bets from customers, raising stakes, handling cash, paying out winners, and making sure that all rules are followed.

What You Bring
- 1-2 years in the gaming business
An Extra Thing To Have:
- Degree or diploma.
- License that is still valid.
What You Are Going To Do For The Brand:
Branch Growth
- Make sure that the gaming boards are always up to date.
- Memos, card changes, results, and scratchings that happen during the day need to be updated.
- Know the rules, chances, and payouts for all types of betting.
- Members of the team need to know about proof limits and should always call the BSC and Events Office before placing a bet that is too big.
- Members of the team should let the Team Leaders or Betting Manager know when they are placing big bets that don’t need to be confirmed.
Sales and Marketing
- Follow set processes and methods to manage cash in the branch and keep risks to a minimum.
- Theft or fraud.
- Members of the team should be on the lookout for new schemes to steal money from the company.
Dealing with Cash
- To make sure that the books are balanced at the end of the day, team members should make sure they have the correct float amounts at the start of their job.
- Checks must be done at different times during the day while the team leader is on duty.
- It is important to take care of any cash shortages right away.
- Any shortages of less than R250.00 must be put back into the Hollywood taking account by a team member the same day.
- Always tell the duty team leader about any shortages or overages and make sure they write them down properly on the recon.
How the Branch Looks
- Making sure the store is always spotless like in Hollywood is very important.
- Check to see that your work areas are well taken care of and ready to go.
- Follow all the steps to keep the company from losing money, and let your branch or top team leaders know right away if there are any issues with the terminals, equipment, or resources (e.g., results shown on TV, Off-line).
Help with Customers
- Make sure you always treat customers well by being friendly, helpful, polite, and kind.
- Take care of customer issues right away and make sure they get good feedback.
- Build strong bonds with customers who buy from you often.
- Make the branch’s culture focused on the customer and always follow the idea of “service with a smile.”
Follow-up
- Following the rules set by the company’s internal control.
- Compliance with the code of ethics and stepping up efforts to commit theft.
- member of the team to make sure they are wearing the right Hollywood outfit when they are on duty.
- Credit bets are something that no one on the team can do.
- People who are on job with the team can’t take bets while wearing a Hollywood uniform.
- Teams can bet as customers when they’re not on job and not dressed in their Hollywood uniform.
- People on the team can’t be behind the computer counters when they’re not working.
- The Limited pay-out machine can’t be used by team members who are on duty.
