Profile:
• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate (Internal) or National Diploma or same (External)
• IOB Certificate would be worthwhile
• 2 – 5 years’ involvement with a fermenting climate would be worthwhile
• Past involvement with a cycle controlled assembling climate, preferably in
food FMCG items
• Preferably, a cycle comprehension of the Brewing system from Raw materials
moves to BBT, including utilities
• PC education (Microsoft/SAP)
• In great shape and sound
