Primary Objective
The primary goal of the position is to comprehend and identify the requirements of customers, thereby providing exceptional customer service to enhance the profitability of the business while maintaining a dedication to treating customers fairly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to explicit instructions and guidelines to investigate, resolve, and process high volume customer inquiries, ensuring that the first point of contact delivers customer value
  • Identify and comprehend customer requirements in order to consistently deliver high-quality service
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organization and provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service
  • Effectively promote the client’s products and enhance customer experience and loyalty
  • Ensure that any queries, complaints, or operational or regulatory risks are escalated to the appropriate team in a timely manner to ensure that they are resolved.
  • Take action to increase customer retention, loyalty, and establish a credible reputation.
  • Operate customer-related information systems to the required standard, maintaining accurate and secure records.
  • Understand and comply with the company and departmental standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Adhere to procedures, particularly those that promote a culture in which customers are treated fairly and are properly informed.

Qualification

  • Matriculation/Grade 12

Necessary Experience

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a customer service advisor is required.
  • Experience in an international contact center is advantageous.
