Call Centre Agent Job Description

To make contributions to the overall performance of the Call Centre through correct order taking and monitoring, purchaser liaison and conversation with interior practical departments.
Processing of orders in accordance to the facts acquired from clients
Ensure pricing on captured orders are correct.
Ensure queries, complaints, worries resolved or escalated as per procedure.

Ensure every day submitting is performed in accordance to departmental requirements.
Ensure that all reviews are performed and communicated.
Workflows done as per device requirements.
Ensure that clients’ desires are met in accordance to their expectations.

Qualification Requirements

Grade 12 with numerical capability
PC Literacy
At least 12 months experience in FMCG income surroundings
At least two years journey in the subject of income administration / client carrier surroundings executions or call centers.

Experience Requirements

Able to work in Pressurized surroundings
6-day role
Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays when required.
Must be capable to work in a group surroundings to gain day by day deadlines.
