Job Details
To convey world class support of all Revelation Discovery Health Members, Suppliers, Employer groups, and Specialists by supporting and completely settling their questions through different stations, primarily over telephone.
Requirements
- Matric with Mathematics or Accounting
- Having accomplished at least 50% in English Matric
- Basic MS Office AbilitiesA minimum of 12 months working involvement with a client services environment
Work Particulars
- Adjusting all key partners telephonically and through other servicing stations as expected until the inquiry has been settled
- Servicing our members in a client driven method for guaranteeing that we live by our service principles
- Staying up to date with the latest product changes to guarantee that all key partners are precisely serviced
- Continuously keeping up to date with all digital servicing devices inside the business and guaranteeing that the functionality is fully understood
- Accomplishing and surpassing key execution metrics connecting with service delivery
