Compensation

  • Qualification completed with a minimum of 360 credits: R9 531,54 per month (Basic Salary, No Benefits)
  • Enrolled as a student: R3 500,000 per month (Salary without benefits)

Minimum Requirements

  • A student enrolled in a NQF level 6 qualification
  • A relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 6
  • Grade 12 (NQF level 4).
  • Only residents of the City of Johannesburg will be taken into account.

Primary Function

  • To ensure that revenue-related inquiries are resolved on the first point of contact, provide a high level of Call Centre service, both telephonic and written, by taking the initiative to analyze, identify account queries, and process necessary procedures using all available resources.
  • Log and/or escalate all queries that cannot be resolved to the relevant department, while meeting or exceeding the targets set by the R & CRM department and the needs of customers.

Primary Areas Of Learning

  • To ensure that all revenue account-related queries related to all service officers are logged and processed by the appropriate back-end department, the City of Johannesburg will implement standard operational procedures.
  • Queries that are resolved for the first time will be logged and resolved promptly.
  • Perform specific sequences that are associated with the maintenance of information, data, and documents that are based on electronic technology.
  • To become a member of the Performance Management Policy of the City of Joburg Municipality
  • To guarantee that the appropriate focus and support are provided, it is essential to maintain strong customer and working relationships with RSSC customers, peers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • To effectively and cost-effectively utilize the operational assets and resources in the area of responsibility in accordance with the legislative framework of the City’s policies and procedures
