Obligations and the Responsibilities:

Extend beyond the expectations of the customer by putting customer selling techniques into practice.
Maintain adherence to the store’s stock loss controls.
Making sure that individual goals are consistently met is essential.
The capacity to maximize and drive sales by recognizing opportunities to increase turnover is a fundamental ability.
In order to maximize sales, it is important to maintain housekeeping and adhere to our visual merchandising standards.

Establish a setting that fosters creativity. Have a good time.
Be responsible for all transactions, including the receipt, verification, and processing of all payments, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and any other forms of payment that are acceptable.
Make sure that all of the items, scripts, and stock that are going out are scanned and paid for.
It is necessary to process all loyalty cards, including those belonging to quick partners.
The establishment of a professional relationship with customers and the provision of assistance and advice that is friendly, helpful, and courteous to all customers are equally important.
Both compliments and complaints from customers should be reported to management.
Attend to all of the stock-related questions that customers have and make sure that they are addressed and resolved.

Minimum Requirements for Behaviour:

The bare minimum must be met :

Matriculation or its equivalent
Up to six months of experience working in retail

Provisions of employment that are not standard:

Both credit and criminal history are spotless.
Capable of working retail hours and willing to do so.
A citizen of South Africa

Favorable in that:

1 year of experience working in the retail industry.
Computer proficiency is a Microsoft product.
Capacity for an effective communication style.
A familiarity with the most recent fashion trends and outdoor lifestyles (depending on the brand for which you are applying).
Capable of working retail hours and willing to do so.
