Job Description
For this position, we are looking for a person who has previous experience working as a waiter, who is able to interact with people effectively, and who provides outstanding service to customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Having experience providing service to customers or clients will be beneficial.
- It will be beneficial to have previous experience working as a waiter or waitress.
- Basic skills in mathematics and computer use.
- You are required to have the ability to handle cash and credit cards in an accurate manner.
- It is required that you be willing to work weekends and overtime.
- A strong ability to communicate and interact with others.
- Must be able to perform well under pressure and have the ability to multitask.
- Consistently honest, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Being able to “get things done” and thinking like an entrepreneur are both important skills.
- The resolution of complaints is handled in a helpful and courteous manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customers should be greeted and served.
- extensive familiarity with the menu as well as the prices.
- Assist customers by providing explanations and/or making product recommendations.
- Waitering skills include knowledge of the procedures for plating menu items, clearing tables, and providing service to customers.
- To ensure that the condiments holder is clean, the pass through, the trays, and the bottle sauce are all full. Make sure that the cutlery has been sealed and cleaned.
- Assist with the preparation of Garden salads, Coleslaw, Chilli bean, Galimayo, and PiriMayo, as well as the administration of Sishebo sauce and Salad dressing.
- You should make it a point to treat customers with courtesy and attention at all times.
