Dis-Chem Pharmacies requires experienced Casual Cashiers for their Table Sound Shopping center – Cape Town Store.The motivation behind this position is to help client care at retail location while guaranteeing an elite shopping experience. Record client transactions on the Dis-Chem working system as indicated by organization strategies and standard working systems, with no resistance toward mistakes and risk.
Requirements Required:
• Grade 12
• At least 6 Months Cashier experience /till operations insight
• Computer literate- MS Office
• Sound mathematical abilities
• Solid order of the English language
• Fundamental customer assistance
• Willing and ready to work retail hours
Expected set of responsibilities:
• Stick to Dis-Chem’s client assistance arrangements and methods
• Lay out an expert connection with clients
• Report client objections and praises to the Manager, or store management
• Stick to the client turnover hourly rate
• Know about current deals and promotions
• Guarantee partners and customers are not presented to any risk
• Complete and oversee Dis-Chem 5 star correspondence objectives
• Be answerable for cash flow
• Make sure all line voids and cost changes are supported and closed down by the boss
• Trade stock for clients and acknowledge returned merchandise by clients when approved to do as such
• Execute all buys – get and handle all payments (cash, bank cards, vouchers, coupons, different types of installments) acknowledged by Dis-Chem
• Process all loyalty cards including tour accomplices (Discovery Health Care , Medihelp Lifestage, Momentum Multiply, Legacy Lifestyle, ABSA Prizes and eBucks)
• Guarantee cash is put in drop protected by Dis-Chem’s SOPs
• Make use of your code and secret key is limited to just you; is protected, and is changed consistently
• Make sure all cordial stock/items/scripts are filtered and paid for
