Job Description
Dis-Chem Pharmacies requires experienced Cashiers for their different Stores in the Pretoria area. Support customers at retail location while assuring an elite shopping experience. Record client transactions on the Dis-Chem working framework as indicated by organization strategies and standard working methods, with no resilience toward mistakes and end of fraud risk
Requirements:
• Grade 12/Matric
• At least 6 months experience cashier/till tasks insight
• Computer literate- MS Office
• Mathematical abilities
• Solid command of the English language
• Fundamental client support
• Willing and ready to work retail hours
Job Purpose:
• Stick to Dis-Chem’s client assistance policies and procedures
• Lay out a professional connection with clients
• Report client objections and compliments to the Supervisor, or store management
• Stick to the client turnover hourly rate
• Know about current sales and advancements
• Assure that partners and customers are not at any risks
• Carryout and oversee Dis-Chem 5 star communication standards
• Be liable for income
• Guarantee all line voids and cost changes are supported and closed down by the boss
• Exchange stock for customers and returned merchandise by clients when approved to do as such
• Execute all buys – get and handle all installments (cash, bank cards, vouchers, coupons, different types of installments) acknowledged by Dis-Chem
• Process all loyalty cards including those of our accelerator accomplices (Discovery Health care, Medihelp Lifestage, Momentum Multiply, Legacy Lifestyle, ABSA Rewards and eBucks)
• Guarantee cash is put in drop protected by Dis-Chem’s SOPs
• Guarantee utilization of your code and password is confined to just you; is protected, and is changed consistently
