Job Purpose :
• Liable for cleaning and disinfecting of tanks and all cellar equipment and to pump and rack wine.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Aid all functional aspects in the cellar.
• Execute winemaking rehearses issued by winemakers on Occupation cards.
• Offload and stack delivery vehicles.
• Blend items.
• Essure right utilization of just clean jugs with new fixed cases.
• Liable for housekeeping in the cellar.
• Guarantee that high strain cleaning gear and security equipment are utilized.
• Perform adhoc capabilities as and when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Matric
• Should be literate.
• Should have the option to adjust to the cellar environment.
