Summary of the Job:
As part of our ESM Group team, we are looking for Cleaners that are dedicated and careful in their work. In this work, you will be responsible for a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks in a variety of settings.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that the premises of our clients satisfy our stringent standards of cleanliness and sanitation. In your capacity as a Cleaner at ESM Group, you will play a significant part in ensuring that the atmosphere is both secure and welcoming for all of the occupants.
In accordance with the “no work, no pay” philosophy, this role provides chances for temporary placement.
Principal Duties and Obligations:
Ensure that designated areas are thoroughly cleaned by carrying out duties such as washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting among other things.
Utilize the appropriate cleaning solutions to clean and sterilize the restrooms, including the toilets, baths, showers, floors, and other areas.
Effectively manage the responsibilities associated with laundry, which include washing and ironing clothes and linens, as well as making beds.
Ensure that mirrors, windows, and other glass surfaces are clean.
The facilities and storage spaces should be cleaned and restocked with the appropriate supplies.
Maintain a precise count of the cleaning materials and equipment, and report any shortages that may occur.
It is imperative that you strictly adhere to the safe handling rules for disinfectants and cleaning agents.
Always ensure that you are in compliance with all health and safety requirements in order to keep your workplace safe and secure.
Notify management as soon as possible of any maintenance or repair issues that may arise.
Engage in collaborative efforts with other members of the team and take part in special cleaning projects.
In every conversation, you should always keep a professional demeanor that is yet cheerful and optimistic.
Participate in training courses to ensure that you are up to date on the most recent cleaning procedures.
For the purpose of clocking in, biometric methods should be utilized, and smart gadgets should be utilized for self-clocking with solitary placements.
The completion of leave papers and the upkeep of the cleanliness of business vehicles are also required activities.
All cleaning equipment should be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
Provide assistance to members of the team at times of excessive workload.
It is important to complete monthly thorough cleaning responsibilities and to follow detailed checklists for each individual client.
As a prerequisite:
A minimum of two years of experience working in janitorial, commercial, or household cleaning positions must be required.
A familiarity with cleaning methods, equipment, and the proper application of chemicals in a safe manner.
a self-sufficient worker who is also capable of contributing well to a group effort.
Outstanding attention to detail, with a primary emphasis on quality overall.
Capability in managing one’s time effectively and setting priorities.
The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
High school diploma or its equivalent is desirable, preferably with a grade of ten or above.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the situation.
Essential to possess access to a mobile device.
