Summary of the Clerk Job Advertisement

The company Clover is looking to hire someone for the position of Clerk:
Pricing.
This is a contract with a set term and price.
The completion of high school is the bare minimum education necessary to be considered for this role.

PURPOSE OF THE CLERK POSITION:

Carry out administrative responsibilities along with those that are connected to pricing.

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
Business English: Fluent
Literacy in computer technology excels advancement
Code 10 licence Required

Take care of claims
Before releasing the results, thoroughly investigate the claims and check that they have been correctly coded.
Validate all claims
Make sure that the price books of your customers comply with the standards set by Clover.

Claims should be processed in accordance with the SLA.
Documentation must be prepared for the purchasers.
Administer pricing
Prepare, load and reconcile deals

Make sure that the system is updated with all of the transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow up on price inquiries and be responsible for managing pricing complaints from customers
Take care of both internal and external patrons.
Develop relationships with your customers.

Reports should be provided to the Key Account Managers.
Maintain daily communication with those who owe you money.
