1. ADMINISTRATION CLERK

SALARY:
R181 599 per annum (Level 05)
CENTRE:
Ngaka Modiri Molema Ramotshere Moilwa Service Point is the district in question.

REQUIREMENTS:

A Grade 12 Certificate.
Knowledge of computers, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Positive interactions with other people.
Office management skills.
Competence in the art of communication.
Capability to deal with matters involving confidentiality.
Capability to work effectively under adverse conditions

DUTIES:

Type documents, letters and memorandums.
Carry out routine administrative tasks in accordance with the Regulatory Framework and any applicable guidelines pertaining to general office functions.
Provide the Office of Sport, Recreation, and Arts and Culture with support in the areas of personal administration as well as logistical administration.
Assist in the administration of documents, as well as the scheduling of meetings, the filing and safekeeping of confidential documents, and the photocopying of documents.
Contribute to the overall management of the telephone and the reception area.

2. HUMAN RESOURCE CLERK (HR PLANNING AND SYSTEMS)

SALARY:

Location : Mmabatho,Central Office (CENTRE)

REQUIREMENTS:

A Grade 12 certificate.
Earning a National Diploma in Human Resources Management will provide you with a significant competitive advantage.
Having experience in the relevant field will be to your advantage.
A familiarity with the Human Resource prescripts.
Having knowledge of both the practical administration of establishments and the functional aspects of PERSAL.
A working knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel).
Competence in speech and listening (verbal and written).

DUTIES:

Contribute to the process of putting the approved structure into action.
Posts can be created, eliminated, or modified.
Provide hands-on support for the Administration of Establishments to internal clients, as well as monitor and assist with Administration of Establishments exceptions. Contribute to the putting together of the reports.
