Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • 6 months pertinent experience.

Advantageous Qualifications

  • A proper degree of secondary education.
  • 3 months relevant experience.
  • Computer Literate.

Work Particulars

  • Performing payroll related administrative capabilities by arranging and distribution of pay related documents physically arranging reports and circulating to the payroll administration for handling.
  • Attending to all pay related inquiries at the front counter and alluding more intricate questions to the payroll administrator and payroll regulator for resolution.
  • Capturing of all leave types onto the payroll sequence.Undertaking routine administration pay funtions and refers to payroll administrator or payroll controller for help when required.
  • Giving of appropriate payroll documentation to staff upon demand for banking details structure, stop order, thrift fund, and other finance documentation.
  • Produce duplicates of payslips/IRP5 and so on upon demand exposed to proof of identification.
  • Stamping of third part reports e.g medical aid forms that require a payroll stamp. General recording of pay related documentation.
