Job Description
To deliver service greatness through effective client care, point of sale (POS) operational activities and merchandising in store that leads a positive client experience
Job objectives:
• To execute all functional activities at the point of sale in a timely and proficient way productively.
• To maintain high levels of accuracy when checking product and collecting payments for merchandise purchased, including actioning clubcard rewards.
• To guarantee safe handling of cash consistently.
• To proactively promote the clicks’ clubcard and to enroll new clubcard members in order to accomplish the clubcard participation targets.
• To make clients aware of promotions to positively affect sales and to guarantee clients “feel good and save money”.
• To deliver superior client service by acting as a brand ambassador, being noticeable and offering a friendly and professional service.
• To effectively execute and maintain all merchandising and general housekeeping obligations as indicated to store and visual product guidelines.
• To help the Group’s vision to be the client’s best option wellbeing and magnificence retailer by living and driving the organization values.
• To keep up with refreshed information on items, reaches, advancements and occasions to give the right data to clients consistently.
