Job Advert Summary

Clover is currently looking for an administrative controller. The successful candidate will be in charge of managing the procurement of maintenance spares to ensure that operations continue to run smoothly. This exciting opportunity is based in the Clover Clayville branch.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF4).
  • Relevant experience implementing job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the appropriate level.
  • Business English is fluent.
  • Computer literacy (intermediate).
  • Code 08: Driver’s license.
  • Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Source, optimize, and manage maintenance spares.
  • Source competitive parts (e.g., best price, same quality).
  • Monitor and verify all stock-related transactions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and take appropriate action where applicable.
  • Place capital orders and follow up.
  • Manage all processes relating to direct parts.
  • Ensure the availability of all service parts.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for shared vehicles and machines.
  • Manage all processes related to maintenance and purchasing.
  • Follow up daily on open order delivery dates.
  • Oversee quarterly stock take.
  • Filing and Administration
  • Management of employees
  • Manage employees’ performance and development.
  • Train subordinates as identified
  • Administer the time and attendance system.
