Perform administrative and related tasks specific to the CDC.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- National Diploma/Higher Level Education (advantageous).
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy.
- Experience working with senior management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete a variety of administrative and associated activities.
- Perform general office activities and administration as required.
- Maintain and update filing, data, records, and systems.
- Handle documentation.
- Communicate with customers and workers as needed.
- Provide relief to colleagues when needed.
Administer and monitor expenditure.
- Raising orders for the branch
- Receiving invoices
- Amending Orders
- Updating purchase orders for approval.
- Printing authorized orders, attaching to invoices, and submitting for receipting.
- Assisting with maintenance orders (pragma). – amending purchase order requests and submitting them to workflow for approval.
- Receiving Pragma Orders – Once the invoice has been reviewed and signed off by management.
- Requesting quotations from vendors for stock and equipment.
- Organizing training for warehouse employees
- Capturing Cancelled Invoices and Updating Cancellation Report. Daily
- Assisted the branch with courier inquiries.
- Assisting with travel booking (flights, vehicle rental, and hotel).
- Month End Provision (accounting for bills that have not been processed during the month) – giving estimates to labor brokers
- Acting Allowances – End of Month
- TES Weekly costs for labor brokers.
- Assisting with visitors: making PPE and meal arrangements.
