Job Description
The Commercial department at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is looking for a new employee, and you might be one of the lucky ones!
We are looking for young, energetic, and talented individuals to fill Sales Learnership positions that are available across the CCBSA.
The selected candidate will be accountable to the Team Leader directly:
Sales KEY PURPOSE
Participants in this program will acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to comprehend and become familiar with the fundamentals of increasing volume, easing the order taking process, and establishing, enforcing, and monitoring merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers in a specific area. This information and commonality will permit students to achieve the program’s essential goal, which is to furnish students with the abilities important to comprehend and get comfortable with the fundamental standards.
The learners will complete the NQF Level 4 Learnership, the National Certificate in Marketing.

Knowledge, Practical Experience, and Formal Education QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40%
- Two South African Languages passed with 40%
- Diploma/Degree in Sales / Marketing/Supply Chain Management/Promotions
- Driver’s Licence
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization
Other requirements include South African citizenship.
It is necessary to have candidates for Employment Equity status.
Candidates must currently reside in Newcastle and have been unemployed at the time of application.
Should be between the ages of 18 and 35 to apply.
Candidates must be prepared to commit to the learnership program for an entire year.
General
This capability expects that the understudy achieve a base worth of 120 credits to meet all requirements for the capability;
One year is allotted for the learnership.
