Position Overview

The Primary Objective of the Position

The successful candidate will be tasked with the preparation of food for daily kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary service.

Required Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Cook in a contract catering setting is required.
  • Experience in customer service is of paramount importance.
  • A matriculation certificate is indispensable.
  • Possession of a Professional Cookery certificate would be advantageous.
  • Experience within a hotel setting will be considered advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Familiarity with and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Proficiencies in customer service and communication.
  • Facilitate the efficacy of collaborative efforts.

Principal Areas of Responsibility:

  • Preparation of culinary items for daily household operations.
  • Deliver exemplary culinary service.
