Position Overview
The Primary Objective of the Position
The successful candidate will be tasked with the preparation of food for daily kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary service.
Required Education and Experience:
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Cook in a contract catering setting is required.
- Experience in customer service is of paramount importance.
- A matriculation certificate is indispensable.
- Possession of a Professional Cookery certificate would be advantageous.
- Experience within a hotel setting will be considered advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- Familiarity with and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Proficiencies in customer service and communication.
- Facilitate the efficacy of collaborative efforts.
Principal Areas of Responsibility:
- Preparation of culinary items for daily household operations.
- Deliver exemplary culinary service.
