Job Advert Summary

To guarantee the smooth and effective running of the Tigane Production Plant, to maintain the equipment according to the suppliers’ determinations and stick to HACCP and OHSACT standards. To lead subordinates on breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and new activities.

Requirements Required:

• Grade 12 | National Certificate
• 1-2 years’ involvement with Electrical, Mechanical or Ammonia refrigeration.
• N2 mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Category A or B refrigeration certified.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair Ammonia refrigeration plants.
• Maintain and repair cold rooms.
• Drive HACCP along with Refrigeration Technician.
• Do machine start up check lists.
• Guarantee safety equipment are in great and practical condition.
• Stick to wellbeing and security policies on site.
• Guarantee PPE adherence is followed.
