Key Duties and Responsibilities :
• Administration
• Take part in departmental inner and external audit report processes.
• Guaranteeing that the staff documents meet the agenda necessities.
• Guaranteeing that the advanced documents meet the agenda necessities in SAGE300.
• Making of employee documents and guarantee that they are very much kept up with.
• Connecting with the respective colleagues where there are missing records.
• Report on the Audit progress as well as status.
• Guarantee the approval of all the documents that meet the requirements.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
• Matric.
• 1-2 years minimum experience.
• Knowledge on the Business, systems information is fundamental.
• HR reporting.
• HR System’s Support in SAGE300.
