Job Description

Anova is a NGO that enables individuals and changes lives. Great health and personal satisfaction inspires us to give medical services arrangements and support to the individuals who need it most.

We are searching for a skilled Data Capturer to support the Department of health through direct service at office level to carry out data related administration work, capture patient’s records, generate defaulter reports and compile month to month statistics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capture patient’s data into all database platforms, e.g., Tier.net and other DoH database applications.
• Carry out information quality assessment and audits with close guidance from M&E official.
• Conduct monthly data approvals utilizing recommended tools on collected data from DHIS, Tier.net and TB modules/ETR.
• Assist office data capturers in populating run-talks for DIP elements.
• Update tracing outcomes from CHWs and CLO on the defaulter-tracing device
• Coordinate and collect specially appointed and routine weekly data from offices by all Anova colleagues in the sub area.
• Any other tasks as agreed with line manager.

Qualifications, Experience and Abilities Required:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Tertiary qualification will be an additional benefit.
• Data capturing skill through experience or training.
• Should have the option to work under pressure and comply with time constraints.
• Fast and exact data capturing abilities.
• Phenomenal regulatory and organizing abilities.
• Great facilitation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
