DATA CAPTURER MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

Matric or its equivalent, as well as a minimum of two years’ experience in EPWP Reporting System (EPWPRS) Version 2, Computer Certificate, Project Management, and Office Administration are all required.

Additional Abilities and Prerequisites:

A working knowledge of computers, particularly of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Capabilities in the processes of data consolidation, verification, and validation.
Capability to work effectively under time constraints and strict deadlines.
Planning and organizational abilities are a prerequisite.
Communication abilities, both verbal and written, are absolutely necessary.
Strong sense of responsibility and ethical behavior.

THE DUTY OF:

Data collection and uploading onto EPWPRS Version 2, as well as data collection.
EPWPRS Version 2 is being kept up to date on a monthly basis.
Providing EPWP trainings with logistical support and assistance.
Administrative tasks such as typing, scanning, filing, printing, stapling, and copying are included in this category.
Services related to registries, data management, and record keeping are provided.
Document monitoring and subsequent action taking.
Records need to be maintained and kept up to date.
Make sure that the privacy of the data that is collected and stored is protected at all times.
The completion of forms and documents according to the instructions given by the immediate supervisor.
