JOB SPECIFICATIONS

To assume responsibility for the prompt, safe delivery and transportation of patients while adhering to all relevant laws and guidelines pertaining to patient transport.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 12 or equivalent level.
Driver’s license with code 10 and a PDP permit
There will be no acceptance of violations against a driver’s license or permit.
At least two years of driving experience.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

Every day, perform the necessary pre-trip inspections (checks) on the assigned vehicle to make sure it complies with National Road and Traffic Act requirements.
Inform the fleet manager of any maintenance needs.
Keep up with and finish the inspection sheets and daily log.
The complete delivery of personnel and additional resources was required.
Job requests are prioritized to maximize fuel efficiency and time.
Move clients and patients effectively and safely.
Park cars in the company’s secure lots, make sure they’re locked, and store the keys somewhere safe.
On the day preceding the commencement of weekends or public holidays, make sure that all of the cars are loaded.
Make sure every piece of equipment is operating properly every day.
