Job Purpose
To collect or deliver any documentation, product or equipment with company vehicle to clients
Main Outputs
• Reading of instructions daily for deliveries or collections
• Collecting organization mails from the mail center and deliver to the respective office
• Delivery and collecting equipment, documentation or petty cash, to or from internal/external clients
• Maintaining a Logbook with tracking numbers for all deliveries and collections
• Transporting of workers to other regional workplaces, when required
• Maintaining a Message-Book in order to take and relay precise and timely messages to the workplace
• Give essential administrator support to staff while in office for example copying, paper shredding, recording, planning report groups/packs
• Loading of paper and replacement of toners on the workplace printer machines
• Reporting on office machine/equipment breakdown for maintenance
The Candidate should meet the accompanying requirements:
• Public Driver Permit (PDP)
• Matric (Senior Certificate)
• Substantial SA Drivers Permit
• 1 year relevant experience
• Ability to understand maps, ability to utilize GPS, Motor fault finding
• Legitimate SA Drivers Permit and PDP
