JOB DESCRIPTION

To collect or deliver any documentation, merchandise, or equipment to customers using a vehicle owned by the company when necessary

MAIN OUTPUTS:

A daily reading of the instructions for making deliveries or collecting items
Attending to the delivery of company mail to the appropriate office after collecting it from the post office
Providing and collecting deliveries of equipment, documentation, or petty cash to or from customers both internal and external to the organization
A logbook that contains tracking numbers for each and every delivery and collection is being maintained.
When necessary, transportation of employees to other regional offices where they are located
Keeping a Message Book in order to receive important messages and communicate them to the office in a timely and accurate manner

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Matric (Senior Certificate)
Public Driver Permit (PDP) for Senior Citizens
A valid South African driver’s license.
One year of relevant experience working in an office setting, the ability to read maps, the ability to use GPS, and the ability to identify motor faults
