Position Overview

The goal of this position is to provide efficient, friendly customer service and ensure that every renter receives a vehicle on time that meets our quality and safety standards.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning the vehicle’s interior and exterior to our high standards.
  • Vehicle quality control, which includes identifying and reporting expired license vehicles and any other issues that do not meet our quality standards.
  • After each rental, refuel vehicles and check tyre pressure, oil, water, and other fluid levels.
  • Delivering vehicles to customers in accordance with our policies.
  • Handling vehicle check-ins in accordance with the company’s quality control and claims procedures.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the yard and surrounding areas.
  • Maintaining the company’s integrity through ethical behavior and protecting the assets and interests of both the business and our customers.
  • Additional duties may be assigned upon request.

Requirements Required:

  • Two years of relevant driving experience.
  • NQF Level 4 (Grade 12, or equivalent)
  • A valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (at least two years old).
  • Computer literate (basic level is sufficient).
  • Can read a map.

Important to note: The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime, shifts, and weekends as needed.

  • Must be able to work under pressure and manage time effectively, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment.
