Appointment Requirements

  • 10th grade or higher
  • Individuals aged 18 and older (preference given to youth)
  • Individuals with disabilities
  • In-depth understanding of the City’s policies, procedures, and best practices regarding health and social issues
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills, as well as numerical proficiency; and
  • Various applications of electronic devices, including the transmission of communications and the utilization of the internet.

Primary Functions

General Laborers

  • To maintain the cleanliness of the reception areas, consulting rooms, offices, kitchens, and laundries, among other areas.
  • Ensure that all surfaces utilized for clinical procedures are cleansed and dusted appropriately before the clinic procedure areas are set up.
  • To organize and replace unclean linens in all consulting rooms
  • Empty the dustbins and guarantee that the clinic’s immediate vicinity is free of refuse.

Data Collectors

  • The acquisition and conclusion of client records, as well as the updating of client information.
  • Compiling monthly statistics regarding clinic clients’ visits
  • The retrieval of files upon request from departmental personnel and the filing of completed client cards in alpha-numeric or chronological order.
  • Utilize the appointment method to schedule the services that are required at a variety of clinics.
  • Ensure that the clinic has sufficient supplies by coordinating the procurement of stationary, clinic records, and essential printed material.
  • Recording discussions and composing minutes of departmental meetings, which are then forwarded to specific personnel.

Queue Marshals

  • Greetings to patients and visitors
  • Assist in the provision of information and the direction of clinic clients in a variety of settings, thereby ensuring the efficient flow of patients.
  • Screen patients in the reception areas.
  • Managing and controlling queues, as well as directing customers to the appropriate areas of the facility.
  • Manage the helpdesk and respond to patient inquiries.
