Function of the Job

A messenger and administrative support service is provided to the unit by this function.
Reporting for this position is done to the MANAGER (SUPPORT).

Important Domains of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the receipting of mail as well as its distribution.
  • Takes care of administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for working the switchboard and providing front-desk support.
  • Makes tea for the management and guests who are visiting.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities that are relevant

Prerequisites of the Utmost Importance

  • Completion of Secondary School/Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or its equivalent.
  • A driver’s license that is still current and valid.
  • At least one month of experience that is relevant.
