Job Purpose
Manage the department’s administrative and financial needs by reviewing and evaluating current procedures and opportunities. To improve processes, systems, and controls, map the short-term human and financial resource needs. To maintain service levels while controlling key performance areas such as financial, risk procurement, auxiliary services, administrative, and human resources support services, the branch must contribute positively to the department’s compliance with financial and governance regulations and legislation.
Key Responsibility Areas
Interprets and aligns key areas of the office to address priorities.
Evaluate and amend performance plans for each fiscal year, gather necessary evidence, and ensure timely submission.
Prepares office-related capital and operating estimates, coordinates the implementation of financial controls/procedures, and provides data to support financial planning sequences.
Coordination of requirements associated with the arrangement and needs of the human resource function, as well as the implementation of processes to support outcomes, helps to monitor the quality of service delivered.
Controls the procedural and operational processes related to fleets and assets.
Coordinate administrative requirements and process implementation to support desired outcomes.
Manages the reporting requirements and deadlines associated with the functionality.

Essential Requirements
