Within Europcar’s Zulberg Close Call Centre, there is currently an opening for a Call Centre Agent that can be filled on a permanent basis.

Particular Duties and Obligations of One’s Role
Always put forth an effort to provide excellent service to your customers.
Car rental reservations and price quotes, both domestic and international, will be processed here.
Show that you have an accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the products, services, promotions, terms and conditions, processes, rental policies, and any other general knowledge that is required to carry out your duties.
In order to promote sales and the successful completion of departmental targets and goals, it is important to make the most of all opportunities to sell rental products and services and to use up-selling techniques.
Distribution of general information and support after a purchase has been made.

Maintain communication with the internal departments.
Required Amount of Experience
2 years of experience working in Call Centers or Customer Service
Qualifications Required at a Minimum
NQF level 4 is equivalent to the Matric level.
Requirements Bare Minimums
literate in the use of computers, with an intermediate level of comfort in Excel and Outlook respectively.
A driver’s license that is current and free of endorsements.
