Description of the Call Centre Agent Job

The position will be based in Exhilarate’s premier location in Durban’s Morningside neighborhood.
Although previous experience is not required, having some will certainly be useful.
We have an incredible team that needs agents for our call center who are not only passionate but also highly energetic.
You will need to have a lot of determination if you want to be successful and move up through the ranks into a leadership role.
Because of the nature of this role, you will have the opportunity to build and continue a long and successful career within our company.
The primary responsibility of this position is to sell various financial products to customers all over South Africa via telephone.
As soon as you have mastered all of the fundamentals of the company and have a full understanding of them, you will be expected to instruct, train, and lead your own sales team.
Training will be provided to each and every successful candidate at no cost.
Your participation in our training will equip you with all of the information and resources necessary for you to achieve success in our company’s line of work.
