Obligations
Intersen phase Educators will be expected to establish and further extend the foundations of students’ basic education, as well as to guide students toward the development of abstract thought and the successful completion of independent work across all of the areas of their various curricula.
They will be responsible for the following specific areas of performance:

Qualities and previous work experience
(NQF level 6) and either a postgraduate certificate in education or a Bachelor of Education degree (Intermediate, Intersen, or Senior Phase)
There are prerequisites, including a SACE certification and a police clearance.
