Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Administrator team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial and accounting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and keep financial records and files.
- Process and reconcile invoices, billings, quotations, and purchase orders. Expense reports
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare and carry out payments for clients and suppliers.
- Assist with the month’s end and end-of-year financial closing processes.
- Assist with financial audits and reviews
- Provide support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
- Certification in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills include working independently and collaboratively, as well as understanding financial regulations and compliance requirements.
