Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Administrator team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial and accounting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and keep financial records and files.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, billings, quotations, and purchase orders. Expense reports
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare and carry out payments for clients and suppliers.
  • Assist with the month’s end and end-of-year financial closing processes.
  • Assist with financial audits and reviews
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Certification in finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills include working independently and collaboratively, as well as understanding financial regulations and compliance requirements.
