Description of the Job:

There is currently a position open for a Fuel Administrator to be based out of our Westville Office.
The primary responsibility of this position is to carry out all functions related to capturing and reconciling data.

Principal Aspects of Performance:

Obtaining fuel schedules, conducting quality assurance checks, and uploading data onto SAP and Keyfleet in accordance with the payment terms, preparation of a payment reconciliation for the garages
Ensuring that the monthly maintenance of the processing, payment, and compliance housekeeping file is completed
Coordinating efforts with the Managers and Administrators of the Branches to address Questions and Concerns
Putting together and analyzing reports on fuel usage every month
Pointing out any abnormalities and voicing concerns about them

Checking statements at the end of each month and every other week to make sure that all of the costs have been processed
General assistance to the various departments, including the one in charge of finances

Competencies necessary:

Minimum Matric Certificate
It would be beneficial to have at least three years’ worth of experience and background knowledge in Fleet.
Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
Mastery of the Microsoft Excel program
Competence in management and organization, as well as administration
Accuracy in numerical calculations and a high level of methodical labor are both required.
