Job Requirements and Other Attributes:
- Matriculation or an equivalent qualification
- HR Qualification (Diploma/Degree)
- A valid driver’s license
- Computer-literate in the use of MS Office, MS Outlook, and the internet.
- Deep understanding of labor laws
- A comprehensive understanding of human resources practices
- Working knowledge of HR online systems and recruitment platforms
Job Duties:
- Support and reflect the company’s core values, aims, and objectives in order to contribute to the successful delivery of Fidelity ADT’s HR function and provide support and guidance to staff across the full range of HR-related matters.
- Familiarity with labor legislation, including the BCEA, LRA, COIDA, EEA, and BBBEE
- Guarantee complete compliance with the loading and processing of all internal appointments and new hires.
- Benefits management and submission of (Provident Fund-exits, Death-funeral claims, Employee award processing)
- Understanding of provident funds and their associated advantages.
- Understanding of the Private Security Industry Regulatory Administration (PSIRA)
- Ensure the compliance of employee information by maintaining the HRIS system.
- Assist departments with the UI19 process and SASSA applications to ensure timely submission of monthly input to payroll.
- Ensure the successful onboarding and induction of new employees by providing prompt communication to departments regarding the employee’s email activation and Active Directory date.
- Submission of weekly and monthly HR reports, including but not limited to PSIRA, promotions, and Umsuka.
- Staff inquiries that arise spontaneously (walk-ins)
- Execute and supervise projects as necessary
- Support and assist with filing, implementing, and monitoring HR practices in the region.
