Job Summary

This position will be expected to work shifts in consistence with the Essential states of business. Keep up with housekeeping, safety, wellbeing and natural standards. To help the support group to accomplish elevated degree of accessibility of machinery and equipment in the plant.

Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric with Math and Science
• Relevant trade Certificate (Fitter and Turner qualified) through QCTO – Red seal (based on NQF L4)
• Relevant N qualification in the particular trade (Least N2 with mechanical theory)
• Legitimate driver’s permit
• 3 – 5 years Artisan experience in a Heavy engineering industrial Or potentially manufacturing environment.
• Transport lines, Screw Transports, Pneumatic and hydraulics.
• Lifts, Scraper Chains, Rotating Ovens, Gearboxes, Gyratory and Hydro cone Smashers, Vertical Roller and Ball Plants, Reclaimers, Packer, Unitizers
• Equipment experience would be benefits: Conveyor belts, Screw Conveyors , Pneumatic and hydraulics, Lifts, Scraper Chains, Rotary Kilns, Gearboxes, Gyratory and Hydro cone Crushers, Vertical Roller and Ball Mills., Reclaimers, Packer, Unitizers

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guarantee all mechanical plant fixes are done as per required principles
• Stick to support systems and arrangements
• Brief response time to breakdowns and request
• Help with the extras anticipating for maintenance
• Precise administrator of related issues (timekeeping, history feedback,repairs text, work cards)
• Adherence to systems and authority levels
• To follow through with all task cards gave according to design plan
• Perform standby obligations/night shift
• Utilization of organization best practices/engineering principles (ACP’s/Risk Assessment)
• Keep up with housekeeping, wellbeing, wellbeing, and natural standards (SHEQ compliance)
